About Me

Stewart Mitchell is a multi-instrumentalist producer, songwriter, and performer. He began piano lessons at an early age after hearing his sibling practicing. Soon after starting lessons, he quickly fell in love with music. Along with piano, Stewart also took guitar and voice lessons which only deepened his passion. He has also taught himself bass guitar, drums, ukulele, mandolin, and trumpet to advance his overall musicianship.

During his time at St. Michaels High School, Stewart participated in many music groups both inside and outside of school. Some of these groups included the Christ Church Easton Contemporary Band, Parish Choir, St. Michaels Concert Band, Jazz Band, Concert Choir, Chamber Choir, Theatre Productions, and many other community performing events.

After graduating from St. Michaels, Stewart pursued higher education at the Berklee College of Music in Boston studying contemporary writing and production. During his time at Berklee, Stewart has worked diligently to improve his musicianship and to improve his craft. He has been awarded a merit based scholarship and the Barnes & Noble Books and Materials Award for the work he had done in reharmonization techniques since coming to Berklee.

Since graduating from Berklee, Stewart has been hired and completed production and mixing for various up and coming artists such as Jenni Rudolph, Sarah Bernadette, Reese Massey and Jessie Wren. He has also been hired to complete remote production projects for Church Organizations, Boston College  and other institutions.

Stewart is very goal oriented which has motivated him to take on large challenges and overcome obstacles that stand in his way. He is very dedicated to his work and fully commits himself to every project he is apart of.
