In/Process is an exploration of the thoughts and emotions experienced during quarantine. Sarah Bernadette recounts how the feelings of isolation were overwhelming but valuable in that they gave her a chance to reflect on many facets of her life including her racial identity, loss, and mental health. In/Process seamlessly blends emotional ballads, jazz influences, and poignant lyricism to evoke the feelings of processing and acceptance.
